- **Unknown**: "Listing was missleading. Not Family friendly, we were in town for JR Olympics. Listing said peaceful night sleep. 
They did note nearby construction. (It is directly out front- 20ft ) The generator was going at 7:30 AM 20 ft from main bedroom. The bathroom’s top window didn’t have a cover so workers could see me shower. Parking & getting into the garage was hard. 
The listing stated nearby nightlife. It was actually early morning 2:30-5:30 AM, both nights (MON/Tues). The noise was bad but the vibration from the bass of the rave music made the house vibrate and woke us up. (The windows rattle!) TV and ear plugs don’t work.
All of this made it impossible to get a decent nights rest. 
  We checked out early. AIRBNB did refund us the days we didn’t stay.  ( I provided documentation of everything stated here) 
Also side note: The area is also sketchy… but until the construction out front and the rave issues are fixed I do not recommend." (2/5)
