- **Unknown**: "If you want to sleep through the night, DO NOT stay at this place.  They are right next to a nightclub that opens at 2:00 a.m. and goes to 6:00 a.m.  It is very noisy and we didn't sleep properly.

Their listing is misleading when it says, "Units are subject to noise from construction or nearby establishment"

I could share other things that were not accurate in the listing, but it doesn't matter since you shouldn't stay here if you want to sleep." (2/5)

It is noisy at night due to the club next door but it wasn’t too bad . One house is more updated than the other with a hot tub. I would say bring your own wash rags and towels. I didn’t line the smell in one of the houses tho . It wasn’t very welcoming when we came in but overall good stay." (8/5)

I thought I was being scammed and had to message the host twice for a response. They cleared it up, but proper communication would have prevented the issue.
That aside, communication leading up to and during the stay was ineffective. Messages were received from multiple hosts and automated messages were sometimes conflicting and often unnecessary. 
A neighboring business played loud music all night Fri and Sat and many in the group were unable to sleep. Overall the neighborhood is not great.
